People Shion has a reason to remember well

America (the baby one): Shion met him in the infirmary, he was all bandaged up because he had tried to put bandages on himself. Shion helped him untangle himself.
Archer(AU3): Shion's new roommate after Reno disappeared, he was blunt but seemed nice enough. Shion gave him information on the tower, souls, monsters and oatmeal. He seemed unwilling to believe the worlds had ended, Shion told him the proofs and theories they had. He went to explore.
During the weather event they rescued their belongings together, Gilgamesh asked what the point of flooding the tower was. Shion told him it might be just to see how they would cope, they went to see if any of the floors were dry. They spoke during the rumour event, there was a rumour about Lancer and Archer, Archer was convinced it was about him even though there was another Archer. They spoke and Shion explained what had happened when the whale attacked. Archer claimed he could defeat the administrators and Shion explained why he could not, in an attempt to make him see sense.
He was not doing okay during glamour failure. During time suspension he and Shion tried to work out what was happening. Shion made sure he had a real weapon and protected him from a plague doctor. They were together outside of the tower. Shion got Archer to help with the barricades, they grabbed a freezer to barricade the elevators.
Before Archer went to fight Ruana Shion hugged him, Archer told him not to cry, Shion promised him he would help find a way to restore the worlds.
Asch the Bloody: Man who was at the question and answer session in February. He turned out to be one of Xion's friends. They saw him in glamour failure and Shion met him properly. They met on the beach during the candy game, he had an ability that destroyed molucules but only the ones he chose. Hyperresonance. Shion was fascinated. They spoke about note taking and how the administrators could wipe their minds. Shion panicked over the idea that they could have already learned everything and forgotten it. He joined the Turks in November year 3. He killed Jason.
Aqua: They spoke during Hitori Kakurenbo, the lights had gone out where she was, and were exploding where Shion was. She was safe though and with friends.
Colette Brunel: A girl at the question and answer session in February. Bodyguard and mover for the Green collar team.
Dave Strider: He found Shion in the labyrinth, he was nice though and stuck with Shion. They talked about the experiments in order to try and forget about the fact they were stuck in the labyrinth and would have to kill or be killed. Dave also said he thought the weird question on the network about fear had to do with this experiment. Shion wondered if they were going to bring their fears into the labyrinth. Unfortunately they managed to lose each other and didn't find each other again.
He was at the question and answer session and asked about those who were lost, and if their worlds would be restored, and also where Ruana was. He also asked how long the administrators had been there and they claimed all their lives.
Diarmuid Ua Duibhne: A man who asked Jason why he experimented on children, he got angry about it. He also spoke to Cu when Cu asked for Jason to be punched in the face. He contacted Shion on the network in August of year three and offered to continue training him and Xion. Though Shion was quite defensive he still met Diarmuid, he told him that memories were not safe and they met up in person. He was a servant and could move very fast. He explained that he was a copy of a soul. He showed Shion the printing press. The next day Shion took Diarmuid to meet Xion, she was very dismissive of him but he did not push her and Shion appreciated that.
They spoke at the collar research start. He told him about Waver's mercury and told him to go and speak to him as he couldn't answer all of Shion's questions. He also mentioned Riku and Shion told him how Riku wasn't speaking to him and why. Diarmuid and him spoke about Shion getting angry and Diarmuid offered to ask around to see if anyone could help. Diarmuid was a bodyguard and mover for the clear collar team.
Diarmuid and Reno began helping Shion learn control. Diarmuid was understanding and kind, even when Shion struggled and cried and found it impossible. He tasked Shion with thinking about his feelings and writing them down.
He got cute puppy ears due to fairie circles, he and Shion spoke during Xion's birthday party and agreed to meet in December for the next part of their training. Shion helpled him distribute weapons during Aria's takeover. Diarmuid checked Shion had a weapon and Shion went to get food packs for him and Xion. Diarmuid told him to never stop being proud for his ability to think and plan.
Diarmuid was hurt by Ganondorf and Sephiroth and forced to attack his friends, Waver had to kill him.
He calmed Shion down when Shion went crazy at learning what Ganondorf had done. It was the first time Shion had succeeded at control. Shion apologised and asked if Diarmuid was alright, he offered to listen if Diarmuid needed to talk but Diarmuid said he would be okay eventually when he worked through the darkness inside him. That his path was similar to Shion's in that way.
Diarmuid got married sort of to Waver and Shion made cake. They had more feelings lessons. Diamruid told him that in his worlds bards were keepers of knowledge and their apprentiships lasted twenty years, more years than Shion had been alive, he shouldn't hate himself for not knowing everything. Shion told him a bit about Rat. He disagreed with Reno and told Diarmuid that Rat had not treated him badly.
They spoke in the cells, Diarmuid filled Shion in as Shion had been dead. They discussed ways to escape. Diarmuid checked that Shion was staying calm and told him to hold onto the fact that Xion would need him. He ended up in Reno's dead world. He stayed back from the battle with Ruana to help find a way to restore the worlds.
He chose to go with Waver. Even though it meant the death of his world, and his own immortality. Shion was glad for him, for his chance at happiness. Diarmuid told him he wasn't giving up on his own world yet, second magic was a thing and he was going to use it. Shion told him that if he ever figured it out to come and find Shion, he would help restore his world. They said goodbye.
Edward Richtofen: He attacked Shion and Ven in the labyrinth. In October he had been turned by his costume into a zombie and attacked Shion, Shion was taken unawares and went down easily, Richtofen killed him but turned him into a zombie, one who obeyed Richtofen's every command for a day.
And Richtofen never let him forget it. He offered to experiment on Gamzee if he wanted to be cut open so much. He then got into a argument with Jason about who was the better surgeon. He was calmed down by Naoya.
He had power in the dark world and taunted Shion about being a zombie and about being eaten. He then led Shion to a tree, which was home to an angry bird, which attacked. He refused to call the bird off. He told him he had infinite power in that realm. He told Shion to beg him to stop the birds but Shion refused.He was the head scientist of the orange collar team.
Elena:The most terrifying Turk in existance. A woman Shion met at Reno's bar, she is a Turk and demanded to know where Shion got the Turk pin from. He told her he was a Turk and she said he was awfully young and that she would have a word with Reno. He told her not to be mad at Reno. She said she was concerned not mad, and asked how long he had been a Turk.
When the whale attacked and Reno was missing it was Elena who kept Shion and Xion alive. He distracted some monsters to save her and she called him an idiot. She told him to think before he acted. Then Xion turned up, Elena told them she would find them weapons and they were to trust her. All in all they did well coming out injured but alive. Shion trusts her a lot.
She helped him convince Doc to let them help during the body switch. He told her that Reno had been switched though at the time he didn't know who with. They went to the infirmary to look for vials, she asked how sure Shion was about the switch he explained why he thought Reno had been switched.
She was hurt and shrunk by Ganondorf not long after, Shion stole her gun and went to exact revenge, failed revenge. He then took her gun back and apologised. She shouted at him, and he was scared, because Elena is scary. She paced around him angrily as he explained what he had done.
However after she had shouted and told him what a reckless idiot he had been she offered to teach him how to use the gun properly and take care of it. She also said Reno was right for picking him, for he had the passion.
During October she was in the forest, she had been turned and rigged the place with explosives, he managed to escape. In December she and Reno decided they would get married.
Shion saw her a few times with Reno but never alone until January when they met in the art gallery, Shion realised that Elena didn't know that he had killed Reno. After freaking out a bit he finally told her, she wasn't furious at him, only at Ganondorf. She told him that sometimes when a Turk went rogue other Turks had to kill them. She told him that he had done his job and she was proud of him. But Shion still saw it as a failure as he had lost control.
She walked in on the kids when they were still trying to take in the fact that Reno was gone, they tried to comfort her and failed a little.
After Shion got seperated from Xion in the Dark World he found Elena, they decided to try and find an exit. He lost her as well though. They met again though and she got caught by quick sand, she told him to stand back and stay calm.
During the weather event they met on the stairs, Shion told her that the lockers were waterproof and she asked if they could fit. They discussed what the motives might be, and wondered if Zo had just gotten bored.
At the beginning of April it was her birthday, Shion had made her a strawberry pie before the month turned and found her at Reno's grave to give it to her. And then she disappeared as well, leaving him a note
She returned in September of year 3. She was the same Elena, she remembered him and Xion. He filled her in, being extra careful so that she didn't flip like Reno had.
After Riki's question and answer and the subsequent explosions they ended in room 5-16, Elena tried to help Shion who was bleeding heavily from a head wound.
She called out for help on the third day and was silenced, unable to talk any more. Shion got angry.
She asked him to help look for Reno after Aria's rebellion, later they spoke about how worried they were for Reno as it was like he had given up. Shion told her that he had to believe they could win because otherwise he would lost the will to keep fighting.
When Xion and Shion went to help power the tower she told Shion she supported his decision and was not going to talk him out of it. She told him it felt odd letting them go but they should report back when they were done.
She was taken into the labyrinth and she died there. When she returned she was still injured, Shion patched her up and helped her to her room. He filled her in on what happened. She stayed with him and Xion to help save the worlds, she and Shion looked through the files on the computer together.
England: He was in the infirmary after the monster attack (moving event) Shion helped change his dressings. He asked if Shion had managed to stay safe and Shion explained the strangeness that had happened.
Enoch: He argued with Ganondorf at the wedding telling him he was ruining a moment of peace even the administrators had decided to leave be. He asked for his memories of his time on his destroyed world to be given back to him fully at the question and answer sessions and Jason said it could happen in his next collar checkup. He also spoke to Zo, checking on him and asking if he was the one that found people lost in their worlds as well and asked if Ruana was watching.
He found Shion in the graveyard after Elena disappeared and told him to hope for the best. Shion pointed out that that was hard when he didn't know what the best entailed. Enoch said that getting them back to the tower would be for the best and Shion said it was a wonder they had any hope left at all. Assistant of Indigo collar team. They were together outside the tower. Enoch explored a house with Xion and Shion, they found water.
Feferi Peixes: A troll girl who attended Reno and Elena's wedding. She was also at the question and answer session, she had lost someone close to her and didn't seem stable. She told the administrators she was going to go and kill things and wondered if the graveyard was to remind them of their failures as well as for the residents to remember their friends.
Gamzee Makara: A troll who has a complicated friendship with Reno. He was at the wedding. At the question and answer session he asked Jason to experiment on his brain and got into an argument with Jin, Ryuunosuke and Richtofen. It turned out he wanted voices in his mind to be silenced and Jason agreed to operate. He was calmed out of his argument by Karkat. He was an assistant to the Orange collar team
Gandalf: He conducted the wedding ceremony of Reno and Elena.
Jin Shirato: Shion has only met him in monster form when Jason made him attack everyone in the library, he killed Shion. He was at the question and answer session and spoke to Zo asking how he was. He got into an argument with Ryuunosuke, Gamzee and Richtofen. He was a bodyguard of the Orange collar team.
John Egbert (OU): Locked in a room with Shion during quarantine.
Ken Amada (AU): A boy who told Kariya he was stupid for offering to take children's places in experiments.
Kyoku Sakura: A girl who attended Reno and Elena's wedding. She also attended the question and answer session and seemed chatty, asking about the visitors and how they would be sent back, and if the worlds could be restored and them sent back in a similar manner.
Lancelot: Bodyguard for Violet collar team
Lancer (AU): Was at the question and answer session in February. He told Kariya not to be a hero when Kariya offered to take any children's places in future experiments. He asked about the graveyard and if Jason could be punched in the face, people told him he was stupid. Bodyguard for the clear collar team. Reno's friend, Diarmuid's brother. Ganondorf and Sephiroth hurt him. He and Reno threw a not!wedding party for Waver and Diarmuid. He and Shion fled up the tower together. He was in Reno's dead world when they found Reno.
Link (MM) He took part in Ganondorf's attempt at taking the control room.
Lucifel: Assistant to the Yellow collar team
Luke fon Fabre (AU): Shion's roommate in September year 3. Shion explained to him about the tower and the fact there were multiple people who looked the same. After explaining everything pertinent he showed him the library, to calm him down. He got a cute animal as a regain. It was a cheagle- considered sacred by the Order of Lorelei, back on Auldran
Marty Mcfly: A boy Shion met at the lightning watching party. He liked storms as well and said he was often down with the Doc in the workshop. He asked about Shion's scars. He asked if it was like the South American botfly. They spoke about parasitic insects. He was the fourth person outside of Reno Shion spoke to after his labyrinth punishment and Shion babbled a bit. Then they spoke about the storm and power out.
At the question and answer Marty asked if the administrators were human, Dax told him that they were. Marty asked how they could cause such misery if they were human and knew pain. He helped figure out how to restore the worlds.
Miles Edgeworth: He was writing notes during the question and answer session. Assistant of the clear collar team. He helped figure out how to restore the worlds.
Minato Arisato (OU): They met at the friendship affirmation party, Shion gave him a cookie and they spoke about how it was nice to do fun things in between the bad things that happened. At the question and answer session in February Minato asked what the difference between the residents and those from Hinoto-Ri. Jason told him that the visitors' world hadn't been destroyed and if they died they died for real as Jason claimed they couldn't revive the dead.
He found Shion when Shion was punching trees after Elena disappeared. She told him to take care of his hands and asked him how long he was planning on punching the tree for. Shion told him until it fell down and when Minato told him he would destroy his hand first Shion told him he had two. Minato asked if he could fight and Shion told him that Reno had taught him. Minato asked if he was one of the instructors and Shion told him he had been, and had taught him everything he knew. Minato asked if he could fight off the monsters. Shion told him he could manage most of them. He was a bodyguard of the Blue collar research team. He encouraged Shion to compare notes with the other scientists when Shion got frustrated. He also got a file off Doc for him.
When Shion returned from his dead world in December Minato and him met up to catch up on collar research.
Namine: A girl from a world similar to Xion's. They found her on her dead world in end game and filled her in.
Naoto Shirogane: Attended Reno and Elena's wedding.
Naoya: One of the people who went to try and take over the tower. Shion only saw them briefly. He told Richtofen to calm down during the question and answer session, which didn't go down well. Head scientist of Yellow collar team. He stayed behind at the end to help find a way to restore the worlds.
Naoya Toudou: He was an assistant of the Blue collar research team.
Neal Cassidy: A man he met during the weather event in March, he saved him from killer plants. He was new to the tower, Shion told him that most the people brought there were decent and that many of the experiments and games focused on splitting them up, therefore it was best to stick together. Neal asked if the weather thing happened a lot and Shion told him it hadn't but that other things had. Shion explained about the administrators and the games they played.
Neal said they should try and rescue Zo and Shion agreed though it would be difficult in a place controlled by the administrators. He warned him that they saw and heard everything. Shion told him that if he needed information to just find him, and to be careful.
They met in May in the research library. Neal was researching magic, where he came from Magic was bad and had destroyed his family. He was looking to see if there were worlds where magic was good. Shion told him that there were, that he had friends who could heal with magic and some fought with magic and that magic seemed like a tool, neither bad nor good until it was in peoples hands. Shion promised to keep his eyes out for books on magic for him.

Prussia: A guest at Reno and Elena's wedding
Quark: Assistant of Indigo collar team
Reno: There is far too much to say and not enough space to say it.
Republic of Seychelles: Shion showed her around the tower on her first day.
Revolver Ocelot: A woman at the question and answer session who asked about the system in the tower, Dax said their intention had always been to save at least one person per world, but that the tower had become warped over time. Dax said it was always best to save lives when you could.
Riku (OU): They met on floor 20. He asked if Shion had seen anyone in a coat like his, at first Shion thought they were his friends from his world, but actually they were people who were hunting him. Shion promised to warn him if he saw them. It turned out he was Xion's friend.
In December Shion went to ask him about what he knew about Reno and Ganondorf and what had happened when Xion had been hurt. He told him that Reno was working for Ganondorf, Shion didn't want to believe him.
He stood up against Ganondorf at the wedding and calmed Kairi down during the question and answer. He also seemed to know Shion's roommate Ienzo. In April after Elena disappeared he found Shion punching trees. Shion asked if Xion was alright but Riku hadn't seen her, he asked what had happened and Shion told him. He told him that hurting himself wouldn't bring her back or make him feel better. Shion was horrified at losing control again. Riku took Shion off the non powered floor so he could heal his hands.

In May Shion went to find him in the hedge maze and they began lessons. Riku told him to speak to Hei because Shion felt guilty about Hei killing him. He quizzed Shion on his anger and they began trying to learn control. They met during glamour failure and thought of ways to try and help everyone and get organised.
Xion died whilst with Riku, Shion found him later, lost his control and attacked Riku. They fought and Riku put Shion to sleep. Shion avoided him after that. He was a bodyguard and mover of the indigo collar team.
Riku (AU): They met during glamour failure, Shion was confused at first but soon realised there was two Riku's. He was Xion's friend as well. They met during the monster attacks, Riku was sleeping alone on the beach. Shion invited him to come to the forest with him and Xion. He had a dragon, it was cute.
Romeo: A boy at Reno and Elena's wedding. At the question and answer session he spoke to Zo and asked how he was. He ran over to defend Kariya and told him not to offer to take other peoples places in experiments as it would only get more people hurt.
Ryoji Mochizuki: Had odd death abilities, Ganondorf hurt him. Diarmuid considered him a son.
Saber (AU): She asked on the network about weird things that happened when you died. Shion shared the information he knew with her. She wrote him a note in September thanking him. They spoke at the Ragnorok meeting in January of year 3.
Sealand: A boy Shion spoke to at the information sharing party.
Sephiroth: During October where Shion was dresses as a Bee he came across Sephiroth on the dorm levels. Shion told him where they were and that they were trapped. Shion babbled at him about the end of the world and what proof they had. But then the man seemed to get angry and told him to get out. Shion did so.
Later in the month he found Sephiroth in the library, where he was reading about edible plants. He offered his book about the edible species of the tower. Sephiroth told him that he had heard they didn't need to eat, Shion wasn't sure about that but Sephiroth said it was a matter of willpower. Shion thought about testing that. Sephiroth asked about the book and Shion told him about what was in it.
Sephiroth asked what the catch was and called him a Turk, Shion asked if he was from Gaia. Sephiroth asked what Reno had told him about Turks. Shion told him that Reno had told him Turks don't answer questions like that.
In response Sephiroth attacked him and pinned him to a table, told him he should kill him for coming near him and drew his sword on him. He flung him into a bookshelf and told Shion that Turks deserved no less, Shion asked why he hated them. Sephiroth just attacked him more cutting his arm and letting him escape after attacking the back of his knees. Once Shion had escaped he finally put the pieces together with what he had read in Reno's journal and realised who it was. He criticized Reno and Elena for getting married, and made Reno angry. He was at the question and answer session in February.
In April whilst Shion was putting Elena's note in his sauna locker he saw Sephiroth again, he worried that he would attack but instead Sephiroth returned his book. Shion was surprised he had bothered to save it. Shion said he hoped it was useful, Sephiroth said he would thank him but it wouldn't be appropriate but to consider this no hard feelings. Later Shion and Xion tried to chase away his shadows because there was a lot, and no one deserved such things.
At the collar research Shion told Sephiroth to do nothing that would bring hard to people. Sephiroth told him he owed no one that promise. He was team leader for Violet collar team.
Sheba: A girl in the question and answer session who talked to Riki about the different floors and how they were made. During Little Finger she found a finger and gave it to Xion so she could wake up and get her arm healed. Assistant of the Green collar team. She joined the Turks in November year 3.
Suzaku Kururugi: A brown haired boy who was mostly silent through the question and answer session. Assistant to the orange collar team.
Taiki: A boy at Reno and Elena's wedding. Mover for the Yellow collar team. Stayed behind to help restore the worlds.
Tobias: A new Turk recruit. He was a bird.
Ventus (OU): A younger version of the one who killed him, he said that there were a few people who looked like him including Roxas and Xion; which was strange since Shion didn't think Xion looked like him. He had magic and a weasel whose name was Piccolo. He was kind and used his magic to heal people.
Veronica Madarki A girl who Shion and Xion met during the shadow event. They chased away her shadows. She was an assistant to the Yellow collar team
Waver Velvet (AU): Head scientist of the clear collar research team. Diarmuid told Shion to talk to him about his mercury familiar. Shion did so even if he was intimidated by him. The mercury was called Volumen Hydragyrum and was controlled by magecraft. Shion asked a thousand questions. He learned about servants and magi and that parallel worlds was a field of study in Waver's world called second magic. True magic. There were five true magics (the third being the summoning of servants) that were considered miracles and the rest was every day magic. In January of year 3 after Shion had the new fluid he spoke to Waver reporting that he had had no side effects and asking him to look over some figures with him, as there was still much work to be done. Waver told him that his own side effects were more the fault of his magic than the fluid itself. They spoke about the definition of a soul.
He and Diarmuid got married in March of year 3, Shion made cake. Waver was angry and Shion apologised, Waver told him the cake was nice but he hadn't wanted to party and was angry at Reno and Lancer for going behind his back. He was in Reno's dead world. He led the efforts to find a way to save the worlds.
Wriggle: A girl at Reno and Elena's wedding. She can apparently fly as she asked why her powers didn't work on certain floors during the question and answer, and was told that if they went too far from the tower they would die.
Xion: More feelings than there are words
Yu Narukami: Someone he almost bumped into in the corridor. He is one of Reno's friends and fell unconscious at the end of July. He helped Xion against Vanitas, but Shion was dead by the time he turned up. He argued against Ganondorf and told him that they could put aside their anger for a day. During the question and answer he joined Luke in asking about an event which had included the after image of an old event. He told Kariya to listen to Romeo and not offer to experimented on. They met during glamour failure, he was one of Xion's friends it turned out. Shion and Xion helped chase his shadows away. He was on the Blue collar research team.
Yukiko Amagi: Someone Ganondorf hurt.
Zelda: The girl in charge of the fellowship, one of Xion's friends. In the question and answer session she seemed to have notes on Ruana's network post. They met during glamour failure, it turned out she knew Xion well. They discussed what it all meant. Assistant to the Green collar team. She killed Jason.

Nesir Aeser: A girl who watched Reno and Elena's wedding. At the question and answer she asked about the feasibility of them all being sent to Hinoto-Ri which seemed safer than the tower. Dax said he would look into it but he didn't think it would be possible. She died for real during the final fight.

Dave Strider: He found Shion in the labyrinth, he was nice though and stuck with Shion. They talked about the experiments in order to try and forget about the fact they were stuck in the labyrinth and would have to kill or be killed. Dave also said he thought the weird question on the network about fear had to do with this experiment. Shion wondered if they were going to bring their fears into the labyrinth. Unfortunately they managed to lose each other and didn't find each other again.
He was at the question and answer session and asked about those who were lost, and if their worlds would be restored, and also where Ruana was. He also asked how long the administrators had been there and they claimed all their lives.
Diarmuid Ua Duibhne: A man who asked Jason why he experimented on children, he got angry about it. He also spoke to Cu when Cu asked for Jason to be punched in the face. He contacted Shion on the network in August of year three and offered to continue training him and Xion. Though Shion was quite defensive he still met Diarmuid, he told him that memories were not safe and they met up in person. He was a servant and could move very fast. He explained that he was a copy of a soul. He showed Shion the printing press. The next day Shion took Diarmuid to meet Xion, she was very dismissive of him but he did not push her and Shion appreciated that.
They spoke at the collar research start. He told him about Waver's mercury and told him to go and speak to him as he couldn't answer all of Shion's questions. He also mentioned Riku and Shion told him how Riku wasn't speaking to him and why. Diarmuid and him spoke about Shion getting angry and Diarmuid offered to ask around to see if anyone could help. Diarmuid was a bodyguard and mover for the clear collar team.
Diarmuid and Reno began helping Shion learn control. Diarmuid was understanding and kind, even when Shion struggled and cried and found it impossible. He tasked Shion with thinking about his feelings and writing them down.
He got cute puppy ears due to fairie circles, he and Shion spoke during Xion's birthday party and agreed to meet in December for the next part of their training. Shion helpled him distribute weapons during Aria's takeover. Diarmuid checked Shion had a weapon and Shion went to get food packs for him and Xion. Diarmuid told him to never stop being proud for his ability to think and plan.
Diarmuid was hurt by Ganondorf and Sephiroth and forced to attack his friends, Waver had to kill him.
He calmed Shion down when Shion went crazy at learning what Ganondorf had done. It was the first time Shion had succeeded at control. Shion apologised and asked if Diarmuid was alright, he offered to listen if Diarmuid needed to talk but Diarmuid said he would be okay eventually when he worked through the darkness inside him. That his path was similar to Shion's in that way.
Diarmuid got married sort of to Waver and Shion made cake. They had more feelings lessons. Diamruid told him that in his worlds bards were keepers of knowledge and their apprentiships lasted twenty years, more years than Shion had been alive, he shouldn't hate himself for not knowing everything. Shion told him a bit about Rat. He disagreed with Reno and told Diarmuid that Rat had not treated him badly.
They spoke in the cells, Diarmuid filled Shion in as Shion had been dead. They discussed ways to escape. Diarmuid checked that Shion was staying calm and told him to hold onto the fact that Xion would need him. He ended up in Reno's dead world. He stayed back from the battle with Ruana to help find a way to restore the worlds.
He chose to go with Waver. Even though it meant the death of his world, and his own immortality. Shion was glad for him, for his chance at happiness. Diarmuid told him he wasn't giving up on his own world yet, second magic was a thing and he was going to use it. Shion told him that if he ever figured it out to come and find Shion, he would help restore his world. They said goodbye.
Edward Richtofen: He attacked Shion and Ven in the labyrinth. In October he had been turned by his costume into a zombie and attacked Shion, Shion was taken unawares and went down easily, Richtofen killed him but turned him into a zombie, one who obeyed Richtofen's every command for a day.
And Richtofen never let him forget it. He offered to experiment on Gamzee if he wanted to be cut open so much. He then got into a argument with Jason about who was the better surgeon. He was calmed down by Naoya.
He had power in the dark world and taunted Shion about being a zombie and about being eaten. He then led Shion to a tree, which was home to an angry bird, which attacked. He refused to call the bird off. He told him he had infinite power in that realm. He told Shion to beg him to stop the birds but Shion refused.He was the head scientist of the orange collar team.
Elena:
When the whale attacked and Reno was missing it was Elena who kept Shion and Xion alive. He distracted some monsters to save her and she called him an idiot. She told him to think before he acted. Then Xion turned up, Elena told them she would find them weapons and they were to trust her. All in all they did well coming out injured but alive. Shion trusts her a lot.
She helped him convince Doc to let them help during the body switch. He told her that Reno had been switched though at the time he didn't know who with. They went to the infirmary to look for vials, she asked how sure Shion was about the switch he explained why he thought Reno had been switched.
She was hurt and shrunk by Ganondorf not long after, Shion stole her gun and went to exact revenge, failed revenge. He then took her gun back and apologised. She shouted at him, and he was scared, because Elena is scary. She paced around him angrily as he explained what he had done.
However after she had shouted and told him what a reckless idiot he had been she offered to teach him how to use the gun properly and take care of it. She also said Reno was right for picking him, for he had the passion.
During October she was in the forest, she had been turned and rigged the place with explosives, he managed to escape. In December she and Reno decided they would get married.
Shion saw her a few times with Reno but never alone until January when they met in the art gallery, Shion realised that Elena didn't know that he had killed Reno. After freaking out a bit he finally told her, she wasn't furious at him, only at Ganondorf. She told him that sometimes when a Turk went rogue other Turks had to kill them. She told him that he had done his job and she was proud of him. But Shion still saw it as a failure as he had lost control.
She walked in on the kids when they were still trying to take in the fact that Reno was gone, they tried to comfort her and failed a little.
After Shion got seperated from Xion in the Dark World he found Elena, they decided to try and find an exit. He lost her as well though. They met again though and she got caught by quick sand, she told him to stand back and stay calm.
During the weather event they met on the stairs, Shion told her that the lockers were waterproof and she asked if they could fit. They discussed what the motives might be, and wondered if Zo had just gotten bored.
At the beginning of April it was her birthday, Shion had made her a strawberry pie before the month turned and found her at Reno's grave to give it to her. And then she disappeared as well, leaving him a note
She returned in September of year 3. She was the same Elena, she remembered him and Xion. He filled her in, being extra careful so that she didn't flip like Reno had.
After Riki's question and answer and the subsequent explosions they ended in room 5-16, Elena tried to help Shion who was bleeding heavily from a head wound.
She called out for help on the third day and was silenced, unable to talk any more. Shion got angry.
She asked him to help look for Reno after Aria's rebellion, later they spoke about how worried they were for Reno as it was like he had given up. Shion told her that he had to believe they could win because otherwise he would lost the will to keep fighting.
When Xion and Shion went to help power the tower she told Shion she supported his decision and was not going to talk him out of it. She told him it felt odd letting them go but they should report back when they were done.
She was taken into the labyrinth and she died there. When she returned she was still injured, Shion patched her up and helped her to her room. He filled her in on what happened. She stayed with him and Xion to help save the worlds, she and Shion looked through the files on the computer together.
England: He was in the infirmary after the monster attack (moving event) Shion helped change his dressings. He asked if Shion had managed to stay safe and Shion explained the strangeness that had happened.
Enoch: He argued with Ganondorf at the wedding telling him he was ruining a moment of peace even the administrators had decided to leave be. He asked for his memories of his time on his destroyed world to be given back to him fully at the question and answer sessions and Jason said it could happen in his next collar checkup. He also spoke to Zo, checking on him and asking if he was the one that found people lost in their worlds as well and asked if Ruana was watching.
He found Shion in the graveyard after Elena disappeared and told him to hope for the best. Shion pointed out that that was hard when he didn't know what the best entailed. Enoch said that getting them back to the tower would be for the best and Shion said it was a wonder they had any hope left at all. Assistant of Indigo collar team. They were together outside the tower. Enoch explored a house with Xion and Shion, they found water.
Feferi Peixes: A troll girl who attended Reno and Elena's wedding. She was also at the question and answer session, she had lost someone close to her and didn't seem stable. She told the administrators she was going to go and kill things and wondered if the graveyard was to remind them of their failures as well as for the residents to remember their friends.
Gamzee Makara: A troll who has a complicated friendship with Reno. He was at the wedding. At the question and answer session he asked Jason to experiment on his brain and got into an argument with Jin, Ryuunosuke and Richtofen. It turned out he wanted voices in his mind to be silenced and Jason agreed to operate. He was calmed out of his argument by Karkat. He was an assistant to the Orange collar team
Gandalf: He conducted the wedding ceremony of Reno and Elena.
Jin Shirato: Shion has only met him in monster form when Jason made him attack everyone in the library, he killed Shion. He was at the question and answer session and spoke to Zo asking how he was. He got into an argument with Ryuunosuke, Gamzee and Richtofen. He was a bodyguard of the Orange collar team.
John Egbert (OU): Locked in a room with Shion during quarantine.
Ken Amada (AU): A boy who told Kariya he was stupid for offering to take children's places in experiments.
Kyoku Sakura: A girl who attended Reno and Elena's wedding. She also attended the question and answer session and seemed chatty, asking about the visitors and how they would be sent back, and if the worlds could be restored and them sent back in a similar manner.
Lancelot: Bodyguard for Violet collar team
Lancer (AU): Was at the question and answer session in February. He told Kariya not to be a hero when Kariya offered to take any children's places in future experiments. He asked about the graveyard and if Jason could be punched in the face, people told him he was stupid. Bodyguard for the clear collar team. Reno's friend, Diarmuid's brother. Ganondorf and Sephiroth hurt him. He and Reno threw a not!wedding party for Waver and Diarmuid. He and Shion fled up the tower together. He was in Reno's dead world when they found Reno.
Link (MM) He took part in Ganondorf's attempt at taking the control room.
Lucifel: Assistant to the Yellow collar team
Luke fon Fabre (AU): Shion's roommate in September year 3. Shion explained to him about the tower and the fact there were multiple people who looked the same. After explaining everything pertinent he showed him the library, to calm him down. He got a cute animal as a regain. It was a cheagle- considered sacred by the Order of Lorelei, back on Auldran
Marty Mcfly: A boy Shion met at the lightning watching party. He liked storms as well and said he was often down with the Doc in the workshop. He asked about Shion's scars. He asked if it was like the South American botfly. They spoke about parasitic insects. He was the fourth person outside of Reno Shion spoke to after his labyrinth punishment and Shion babbled a bit. Then they spoke about the storm and power out.
At the question and answer Marty asked if the administrators were human, Dax told him that they were. Marty asked how they could cause such misery if they were human and knew pain. He helped figure out how to restore the worlds.
Miles Edgeworth: He was writing notes during the question and answer session. Assistant of the clear collar team. He helped figure out how to restore the worlds.
Minato Arisato (OU): They met at the friendship affirmation party, Shion gave him a cookie and they spoke about how it was nice to do fun things in between the bad things that happened. At the question and answer session in February Minato asked what the difference between the residents and those from Hinoto-Ri. Jason told him that the visitors' world hadn't been destroyed and if they died they died for real as Jason claimed they couldn't revive the dead.
He found Shion when Shion was punching trees after Elena disappeared. She told him to take care of his hands and asked him how long he was planning on punching the tree for. Shion told him until it fell down and when Minato told him he would destroy his hand first Shion told him he had two. Minato asked if he could fight and Shion told him that Reno had taught him. Minato asked if he was one of the instructors and Shion told him he had been, and had taught him everything he knew. Minato asked if he could fight off the monsters. Shion told him he could manage most of them. He was a bodyguard of the Blue collar research team. He encouraged Shion to compare notes with the other scientists when Shion got frustrated. He also got a file off Doc for him.
When Shion returned from his dead world in December Minato and him met up to catch up on collar research.
Namine: A girl from a world similar to Xion's. They found her on her dead world in end game and filled her in.
Naoto Shirogane: Attended Reno and Elena's wedding.
Naoya: One of the people who went to try and take over the tower. Shion only saw them briefly. He told Richtofen to calm down during the question and answer session, which didn't go down well. Head scientist of Yellow collar team. He stayed behind at the end to help find a way to restore the worlds.
Naoya Toudou: He was an assistant of the Blue collar research team.
Neal Cassidy: A man he met during the weather event in March, he saved him from killer plants. He was new to the tower, Shion told him that most the people brought there were decent and that many of the experiments and games focused on splitting them up, therefore it was best to stick together. Neal asked if the weather thing happened a lot and Shion told him it hadn't but that other things had. Shion explained about the administrators and the games they played.
Neal said they should try and rescue Zo and Shion agreed though it would be difficult in a place controlled by the administrators. He warned him that they saw and heard everything. Shion told him that if he needed information to just find him, and to be careful.
They met in May in the research library. Neal was researching magic, where he came from Magic was bad and had destroyed his family. He was looking to see if there were worlds where magic was good. Shion told him that there were, that he had friends who could heal with magic and some fought with magic and that magic seemed like a tool, neither bad nor good until it was in peoples hands. Shion promised to keep his eyes out for books on magic for him.
Patchouli Knowledge: She helped figure out how to restore the worlds.
Prussia: A guest at Reno and Elena's wedding
Quark: Assistant of Indigo collar team
Reno: There is far too much to say and not enough space to say it.
Republic of Seychelles: Shion showed her around the tower on her first day.
Revolver Ocelot: A woman at the question and answer session who asked about the system in the tower, Dax said their intention had always been to save at least one person per world, but that the tower had become warped over time. Dax said it was always best to save lives when you could.
Riku (OU): They met on floor 20. He asked if Shion had seen anyone in a coat like his, at first Shion thought they were his friends from his world, but actually they were people who were hunting him. Shion promised to warn him if he saw them. It turned out he was Xion's friend.
In December Shion went to ask him about what he knew about Reno and Ganondorf and what had happened when Xion had been hurt. He told him that Reno was working for Ganondorf, Shion didn't want to believe him.
He stood up against Ganondorf at the wedding and calmed Kairi down during the question and answer. He also seemed to know Shion's roommate Ienzo. In April after Elena disappeared he found Shion punching trees. Shion asked if Xion was alright but Riku hadn't seen her, he asked what had happened and Shion told him. He told him that hurting himself wouldn't bring her back or make him feel better. Shion was horrified at losing control again. Riku took Shion off the non powered floor so he could heal his hands.
He asked Shion if he often got angry like that and when Shion told him it did he warned him it would get worse and Shion wouldn't be the only one hurt. He then offered to try and teach Shion to control the darkness, though he couldn't promise it would work.
In May Shion went to find him in the hedge maze and they began lessons. Riku told him to speak to Hei because Shion felt guilty about Hei killing him. He quizzed Shion on his anger and they began trying to learn control. They met during glamour failure and thought of ways to try and help everyone and get organised.
Xion died whilst with Riku, Shion found him later, lost his control and attacked Riku. They fought and Riku put Shion to sleep. Shion avoided him after that. He was a bodyguard and mover of the indigo collar team.
Riku (AU): They met during glamour failure, Shion was confused at first but soon realised there was two Riku's. He was Xion's friend as well. They met during the monster attacks, Riku was sleeping alone on the beach. Shion invited him to come to the forest with him and Xion. He had a dragon, it was cute.
Romeo: A boy at Reno and Elena's wedding. At the question and answer session he spoke to Zo and asked how he was. He ran over to defend Kariya and told him not to offer to take other peoples places in experiments as it would only get more people hurt.
Ryoji Mochizuki: Had odd death abilities, Ganondorf hurt him. Diarmuid considered him a son.
Saber (AU): She asked on the network about weird things that happened when you died. Shion shared the information he knew with her. She wrote him a note in September thanking him. They spoke at the Ragnorok meeting in January of year 3.
Sealand: A boy Shion spoke to at the information sharing party.
Sephiroth: During October where Shion was dresses as a Bee he came across Sephiroth on the dorm levels. Shion told him where they were and that they were trapped. Shion babbled at him about the end of the world and what proof they had. But then the man seemed to get angry and told him to get out. Shion did so.
Later in the month he found Sephiroth in the library, where he was reading about edible plants. He offered his book about the edible species of the tower. Sephiroth told him that he had heard they didn't need to eat, Shion wasn't sure about that but Sephiroth said it was a matter of willpower. Shion thought about testing that. Sephiroth asked about the book and Shion told him about what was in it.
Sephiroth asked what the catch was and called him a Turk, Shion asked if he was from Gaia. Sephiroth asked what Reno had told him about Turks. Shion told him that Reno had told him Turks don't answer questions like that.
In response Sephiroth attacked him and pinned him to a table, told him he should kill him for coming near him and drew his sword on him. He flung him into a bookshelf and told Shion that Turks deserved no less, Shion asked why he hated them. Sephiroth just attacked him more cutting his arm and letting him escape after attacking the back of his knees. Once Shion had escaped he finally put the pieces together with what he had read in Reno's journal and realised who it was. He criticized Reno and Elena for getting married, and made Reno angry. He was at the question and answer session in February.
In April whilst Shion was putting Elena's note in his sauna locker he saw Sephiroth again, he worried that he would attack but instead Sephiroth returned his book. Shion was surprised he had bothered to save it. Shion said he hoped it was useful, Sephiroth said he would thank him but it wouldn't be appropriate but to consider this no hard feelings. Later Shion and Xion tried to chase away his shadows because there was a lot, and no one deserved such things.
At the collar research Shion told Sephiroth to do nothing that would bring hard to people. Sephiroth told him he owed no one that promise. He was team leader for Violet collar team.
Sheba: A girl in the question and answer session who talked to Riki about the different floors and how they were made. During Little Finger she found a finger and gave it to Xion so she could wake up and get her arm healed. Assistant of the Green collar team. She joined the Turks in November year 3.
Suzaku Kururugi: A brown haired boy who was mostly silent through the question and answer session. Assistant to the orange collar team.
Taiki: A boy at Reno and Elena's wedding. Mover for the Yellow collar team. Stayed behind to help restore the worlds.
Tobias: A new Turk recruit. He was a bird.
Ventus (OU): A younger version of the one who killed him, he said that there were a few people who looked like him including Roxas and Xion; which was strange since Shion didn't think Xion looked like him. He had magic and a weasel whose name was Piccolo. He was kind and used his magic to heal people.
Veronica Madarki A girl who Shion and Xion met during the shadow event. They chased away her shadows. She was an assistant to the Yellow collar team
Waver Velvet (AU): Head scientist of the clear collar research team. Diarmuid told Shion to talk to him about his mercury familiar. Shion did so even if he was intimidated by him. The mercury was called Volumen Hydragyrum and was controlled by magecraft. Shion asked a thousand questions. He learned about servants and magi and that parallel worlds was a field of study in Waver's world called second magic. True magic. There were five true magics (the third being the summoning of servants) that were considered miracles and the rest was every day magic. In January of year 3 after Shion had the new fluid he spoke to Waver reporting that he had had no side effects and asking him to look over some figures with him, as there was still much work to be done. Waver told him that his own side effects were more the fault of his magic than the fluid itself. They spoke about the definition of a soul.
He and Diarmuid got married in March of year 3, Shion made cake. Waver was angry and Shion apologised, Waver told him the cake was nice but he hadn't wanted to party and was angry at Reno and Lancer for going behind his back. He was in Reno's dead world. He led the efforts to find a way to save the worlds.
Wriggle: A girl at Reno and Elena's wedding. She can apparently fly as she asked why her powers didn't work on certain floors during the question and answer, and was told that if they went too far from the tower they would die.
Xion: More feelings than there are words
Yu Narukami: Someone he almost bumped into in the corridor. He is one of Reno's friends and fell unconscious at the end of July. He helped Xion against Vanitas, but Shion was dead by the time he turned up. He argued against Ganondorf and told him that they could put aside their anger for a day. During the question and answer he joined Luke in asking about an event which had included the after image of an old event. He told Kariya to listen to Romeo and not offer to experimented on. They met during glamour failure, he was one of Xion's friends it turned out. Shion and Xion helped chase his shadows away. He was on the Blue collar research team.
Yukiko Amagi: Someone Ganondorf hurt.
Zelda: The girl in charge of the fellowship, one of Xion's friends. In the question and answer session she seemed to have notes on Ruana's network post. They met during glamour failure, it turned out she knew Xion well. They discussed what it all meant. Assistant to the Green collar team. She killed Jason.
Character who died permanently
Nesir Aeser: A girl who watched Reno and Elena's wedding. At the question and answer she asked about the feasibility of them all being sent to Hinoto-Ri which seemed safer than the tower. Dax said he would look into it but he didn't think it would be possible. She died for real during the final fight.
Patrick Dawn: Assistant of the clear collar team. Ganondorf and Sephiroth hurt him. He died when Zo threw them out of the tower. Because he was outside the tower his death was permanent.
Disappeared character who Shion knew A-D
Allen Walker: An angry man with white hair and markings on his face who glared at Shion in the lounge. He was in the room with Shion in quarantine. On day five when Shion went mad he used his powers to knock him out.
Amberley Vail: She was in the library reading psychology books and she wondered why this world studied people and individuals so closely, Shion explained a little bit about what he knew but told her that he knew more ecology. She asked about his world and told him that she came from the year 40,000, she was a rememberancer and wrote history. But the events of today, so that those in the future would have a correct record. They spoke about the lack of history books in the library, the fact they hadn't just been handed a fake history and the fact there was a gap for history as if drawing attention to the fact that it was not there. Amberley said she would do some snooping.
Amelia: Bodyguard for the green collar team. She joined the Turks in November year 3.
April Sinclair: A girl he met in the library, she came from a world where books had been destroyed in a war. She wished there were history books, and wondered why there was no power. Shion told her about the experiments and how they were something that regularly happened. She said that she hoped there was a way for them to stop them. She was at the question and answer session.
Apollo Justice: They met in the library, Apollo was new. Shion showed him his research and also the guide to the tower on the network. He offered to help him if Apollo needed any more information.
Aradia Megido (AU, the Emissary): They met in the maze, Shion thought she was the Aradia he knew at first.
Aradia Megido (OU): They met on Shion's first day in the tower, Shion was surprised to meet someone who was not human and first learned about different worlds and that she had played a game that had destroyed her world. He also learnt that her world was cruel and violent and they decided they should make the most of the opportunity to make the world again by living in peace and creating a better world.
They met later when they had both learned that the tower was far from a peaceful new world. They were in the art gallery and Aradia said she wanted to learn how to draw, Shion suggested that there might be a book about it in the library.
Archer (Fate/stay night): In the question and answer session he asked what was destroying the worlds and was told it was a virus.
Arisawa Tatsuki: They met at breakfast
Asako Minegishi (AU): She had been experimented on in April, her body cut up and rearranged, her skull replaced with a crown. He asked if she needed help and she told him to return to his room, he asked if she was sure and she said all disobedience would be reprimanded. He told her he wouldn't disobey. She was an assistant to the Yellow collar team.
Axel: A man who looks like Reno. Xion's friend from home. He disappeared in early June.
Axel: Xion's friend, a different one than who had been there before. Shion met him in the corridors and wondered if Xion had seen him yet. He told him where to find her. He swapped places with Reno in the wedding in order to annoy Elena, Shion was scared that Elena would kill them all. He was experimented on in April, one of those sent to spy by sometimes acting like themselves. Shion spoke to him during the meeting.
Aya Fujimiya (AU): The vampire friend of Ken. Ken let him drink from him and Reno and Shion walked in on them. Aya got mad when Shion tried to drag him away and turned to attack him. Reno saved Shion, but Ken told them he had been in no danger and once Aya calmed down he was horrified. Once they explained what had happened Reno told them the infirmary had spare blood. Shion told them he could get some for them.
Ayaka Sajyou: A woman at the question and answer session who Cu called master.
Byakuya Togami: A boy at the question and answer session who asked about the monsters and why floor 23 didn't exist. Apparently floor 23 was just a trick of Riki's.
Beatrix: He met her in the library when his arms gave way under the weight of books
and all those stupid pressups Reno made him do. She asked if he was the librarian and he explained he was a captive like her, but he worked in the library. He told her she could ask him any questions since she was new. She asked if he had heard of the Kingdom of Alexandria, he told her it did not exist in his world. She asked if it were true that the worlds were gone and if there was any proof. Shion told her he had been to his dead world and that it truly was gone.Bomberman: He was blowing things up trying to find a way out. Shion spoke to him and told him about the tower and those that brought them there. Then told him about the archives on the network for when the power came back, and also directed him to the library.
Canada (male): Roommate
Chaos: He replied to Shion's network post about the clinic and said he had some skill in healing. He came to the clinic and spoke to Shion, he helped organise things and had some magic that warmed Shion up. Shion told him that was a useful skill since it was getting colder. They spoke about the fact that nothing lasted forever except that people disappeared and arrived. They spoke about the world being destroyed and Chaos told him it wasn't real.
Chaos asked why they had started the clinic and Shion told him about what had happened in June, Chaos said it was good that they had banded together to help others. Chaos told him to find him if he ever needed help.
He argued against Ganondorf in the wedding and told him that he would stand against him. He was at the question and answer and asked about how people who couldn't survive outside their worlds because they were linked to them could. And Zo responded that the bubble didn't know it had popped, that they had taken a person from a moment just before the end, and as the end hadn't technically happened they were frozen, whilst the end happened elsewhere, hence they could survive.
They saw each other whilst stuck in the dark world. Chaos told him that it didn't feel like the administrators and more like the one who had crashed the wedding; Ganondorf. He told Shion not to give into his anger and Shion calmed down when he touched him. Shion said that it was strange that he could effect the tower, when a lot of magic didn't touch it. Chaos told him it didn't seem unusual but couldn't say if he had seen the like before in the tower. He said there was always a middle way. Shion said they just had to find it.
After Elena disappeared he found Shion by her grave. He told Shion he had not failed anyone and Shion told him that everyone always left. Chaos told him he would find new people to care for and Shion told him that people couldn't be replaced. Chaos told him he didn't mean that, but people would fill the holes left in his heart and the pain would dull in time. Shion told him he didn't want the pain to dull if it meant forgetting. Chaos told him he wouldn't forget, but the pain would dull a little, not fade completely.
Chaos laid his hand on Shion's shoulder and calmed him a little, Shion thanked him and Chaos told him he liked helping others. Shion told him he was good at it. Chaos said there were times that he had failed and Shion thought that it was that people were beyond help, especially in a place such as the tower.
Chihiro Fujisaki: She came into the infirmary during June looking for food. Shion gave her some berries he had collected from the forest. She came from a place called Japan, he told her about his world and she was worried he came from her future. He told her that it didn't matter if the worlds had truly ended, she asked what he meant by that.
They spoke about the possibility of existing outside of the tower and she suggested what they saw as outside could be a stimulated environment. Shion couldn't imagine the technology level needed for that. Chihiro said it reminded her of the situation back at home where she was trapped in a bad place. In a school where they had been forced to kill each other. Shion hoped that they wouldn't be forced to kill each other here.
During October he found her crying, her candy bucket was empty so he tried to give her some of his own. She got more upset and told him that her friend Mondo had died because he had given his candy to her. He told her he had enough and made her promise to keep trying and live on. Because if her friend had died for him then it was important.
He then took her to collect candy. She asked if he had any powers and he told her that magic didn't exist in her world, she asked if he could fight and he told her Reno was teaching him. He told her he would introduce her to Reno. He also told her that he would introduce her to Xion, as it seemed like she needed more friends.
She came to the clinic in December to help out. Shion told her she could help checking people and seeing who was injured and who was ill.
In January during the time experiment Shion came across a boy holding a holograph of Chihiro. He spoke to the boy and it was Chihiro, and older Chihiro who claimed Shion had lost memories and was younger than he had been the day before.
He told Shion he had always been a boy, yet had cross dressed because he had been bullied for being weak, and so thought as a girl he could be stronger and because people liked him as a girl, though not as a boy.
He said he had met someone in the tower who had taught him to accept who he was, and that he had grown a lot so would look silly cross dressing. Shion told him he didn't think he would look silly in a dress, but was glad he didn't have to hide anymore. Chihiro wondered if Mondo maybe missed him being in a dress and Shion told him to ask him.
After Nezumi disappeared Chihiro found Shion whilst he was kicking walls, he seemed scared of him and that more than anything made Shion calm down. He hugged Shion, who broke down, he said maybe Nezumi would come back and Shion told him that Nezumi had hated being on the dead world for a couple of weeks, this would be worse. Chihiro told him it was alright to cry, and Shion said that Nezumi wouldn't want him to. Chihiro told him he wouldn't tell anyone he cried and then held him whilst he cried.
A few days later it was his birthday and Shion attended his party. He had made him a strawberry pie. Chihiro was turning 17, though Shion had thought him a lot younger. Chihiro said he would make him pie for his birthday, Shion told him his favourite was cherry and that he didn't want anything for his birthday. They collected candy together.
Cloud Strife: Someone from Reno's world, was Elena's man of honour in the wedding.
Chloe: A girl who attended Reno and Elena's wedding.
Dark Pit: Shion and Xion tried to chase his shadows off. Xion knew him already.
Data: A man who was at Reno and Elena's wedding. He was also at the question and answer session, asked about Ruana and her post where she claimed to be an experiment. Jason asked if they were sure it was her, and said that her behavior at the wedding was the only behavior he had witnessed of her.
Deneb: He spoke to him during Hour 2 of Hitori Kakurenbo, in Hour 8 he witnessed him be tore apart by teddy bears.
The Disciple: They met in the coridoors, she was still coping with the fact the world had ended. She asked him if he had met many trolls and told him about the mothergrub.
Disappeared character who Shion knew E-G
At the question and answer session she asked why they had brought back her sisters but twisted: referring to the monsters. Jason told her that they attempted to bring many more people than were here but sometimes things went wrong and monsters appeared instead, they were hoping to get better in that regard. She complained about them having to clean up for their messes.
Elian Zigmarl: When Shion returned from his dead world Elian was his new roommate. At first when Elian didn't recognise Reno's name Shion was scared he had disappeared but then he learned that he did know who he was and was relieved. Shion learned that he was not human. They talked about the food; Shion learned there was more than nutribars. Elian asked about collar checks and Shion told him not to be scared of them, that it would be alright. Touch seemed to frighten him so Shion made sure to be careful.
Shion admitted he was scared of most things in the tower and Elian agreed that he was too. Shion decided to help Elian like Reno had helped him. Elian asked about the mark on his face and Shion explained about parasite bees. Then Elian told him about Alters; which are people who possess mental magic. But that they were oppressed in his world. Shion told him that there were lots of people with magic in the tower and he wouldn't be hurt or hated for it. Elian hugged him and began to cry.
Then Elian asked what kind of music he liked, Shion said all of it and that he hadn't heard much, so they went to the media room to listen to music.
Later Elian was collecting fungi in the tower, Shion joined him and babbled about ecology at him. He told Shion about his friend who lost his memories to the other side, which was a thing from Elian's world. Elian can sense machines and also people something that many alters have but he himself was difficult to sense. Because he was a clone, someone who had been created to be experimented on. This made Shion mad, and he was glad Elian was with them now even if it was in the tower. Elian told him that the tower could never take his greatest weapon; his mind and that as long as they breathed they had hope.
Both of them helped answer the Fierce Deity's questions when he arrived.
Emmett Brown: He was in the wrong body during the switch and tried to get things back to normal. Shion volunteered to look in the infirmary for vials and also explained that if you harmed clear collared workers the red collared workers would come.
Later he expressed concern about Professor Hojo and the clinic, Shion sent a locked network post to him to reassure him. Doc told him to be careful for himself most of all. Shion promised he would keep everyone safe. He then disappeared.
However then he turned up again, not as a resident but a visitor from Hinoto-Ri, and had his memories of his time in the tower. He asked how it had happened during the question and answer and was told it was a time paradox, or alternative worlds. He then returned again and was head scientist of the Green collar team. Because Blue team suffered the most losses due to disappeared people he made a file for Shion to help things move smoothly.
Eridan Ampora (AU): A troll he met on floor 12, he was half dead with cold and Shion tried to get him to go to the clinic. However the troll threatened to tear his throat out. Shion continued being stubborn and the troll pulled a gun at him. He tried some more but left before he could get shot.
In January Shion saw him again in the forest up a tree, and checked to see if he was better. Eridan apologised for what he had done and Shion told him that he didn't blame others for Jason's cruelty. Eridan said it hadn't been Jason it had just been him and Shion said he forgave him anyways. Eridan said he was a lot better now things were warmer and Shion told him not to fall out of the tree.
He disappeared for a short while and Shion saw him whilst the rumours were happening, he saved him from eating poisoned food.
Erik Lehnsherr: Roommate
Equius Zahhak (AU): A troll who Shion met after Hitori Kakurenbo. Shion was
freaking outupset about everything that had happened and Equius wasalso freaking outcooking to keep his mind off everything. He dropped some tongs which scared Shion and made him drop his bowl. After flailing and Equius tidying up while Shion stood there being scared and amazed they began to cook together.Later Shion found him on the stair case after he hadn't slept in his room for ages. Shion tried to help him and wouldn't take no for an answer when Equius tried to make him go away. Shion was stubborn and decided to keep an eye on Equius.
Though after the labyrinth and his punishment he failed a bit, he next seen him after Reno had given him the Turk pin. He met him in the cafeteria and Equius gave him some rice instead of the nutrient bars. Shion was thankful and they spoke; Shion felt guilty that they hadn't spoke for so long. Equius wasn't great, he said he had been acting weird and didn't know why. Shion was worried.
In August he found him cowering on the space floor. He seemed scared even of Shion and told him to go away. Shion was stubborn (as usual) and asked who had hurt him. Equius told him it was Gamzee and to stay away, Shion tried to coax him out of the corner but he wouldn't budge, so Shion sat with him and promised he wouldn't leave him.
In February he met Equius in the huge machine, he was a bit wobbly but asked to explore with Equius. They wondered if they could find the master control. Equius didn't want him to come with him and Shion was hurt since he thought Equius thought him a burden.
Equius let him go with him and they got a little bit in... before standing on a unstable platform. Equius panicked and froze, Shion tried to make him move and they fell into acid and metal and died.
In April he had been experimented on and covered in steal wool. He asked what Shion's business with him was and that he had to get back to work. Shion grabbed his shoulders and asked if he knew who he was. Equius told him he was Shion and that residents couldn't interfere with workers. Shion told him he wasn't interfering and Equius told him that he was keeping him in place, Shion told him that wasn't his intention and Equius walked off.
In July Shion saw Equius who had just come back from his destroyed world. They played a video game.
Fado: Part of Ganondorf's team to take over the control room. Assistant to the clear collar team.
Fierce Deity: Shion's roommate, he is strange, he asked if the worlds were destroyed; Reno told him yes. Shion elaborated about the tower and introduced himself and Reno. He told them that they could call them whatever they wanted; Reno suggested Wingnut. Shion appologised and asked for names. Fierce Deity gave the names Aiolus, Dius Fidus, Arma, Avatea, Aningan, Alignak, Perendi, Cocijo, Aktzin, Xevioso, Kahai. Shion told him about their captors with the help of Elian.
France (male): They spoke on the network about Christmas. France explained some of the traditions surrounding it
Francis Drake (rider): She asked whether they could get alcohol during the question and answer session and spoke about survival of the fittest.
Frankin Stein: A very disturbing person Shion spoke to over the network, he decided that Shion was a hallucination. He also spoke about an ultimate representation of all the evil and madness of the world.
Ganondorf Dragmire: Shion met him in the infirmary, he warned Shion about the monsters and Shion told him that he was trying to help people who were injured. He left a shadow with Shion to help defend the infirmary. He was kind and helpful. He led the attempt to take over the tower. Reno told Shion he wasn't to go near him.
He was put into Reno's body, at first Shion didn't know and thought Reno had simply had his memories tampered with. He panicked and Ganondorf failed completely to calm him down. When Shion found out who he was he was asked by Reno to keep an eye on him. He helped make sure that they got switched back.
Later Ganondorf kidnapped Xion and tortured Reno, Shion went after him and tried to attack him, ending in him being thrown to monsters and then landing on Reno covered in blood. Turns out Ganondorf is immune to bullets.
In December Shion learned that Reno was working for Ganondorf, he attacked Ganondorf again and got beaten again. Ganondorf told Reno to deal with him leading Shion to think Reno had betrayed them and attacking Reno. Once Reno was dead Ganondorf told Shion that he was a murderer and a traitor. That Reno had been wanting his help, had risked his life to save Shion's and Shion had repayed him by killing him. That Reno had thought of him as a son. That next he would hurt Xion or another of his friends.
"No matter what horrors are committed in this tower, nothing shall be worse than your crime."
He then turned up at Elena and Reno's wedding and attacked Ruana and Zo. He was stopped. He was at the question and answer session but didn't ask anything.
In March he created a world of darkness and trapped people there. Bodyguard for Violet collar team.
The Grand Highblood: They met at breakfast, The Grand Highblood had a habit of shouting and Shion didn't understand everything he said. They discussed the end of the world and how their captors could be lying to them. The Highblood claimed it would not be long before their captors were killed and Shion told him he hoped he wasn't planning to kill them. He seemed a little crazy.
After the monster attack (moving event) Shion met the Grand Highblood on the meadow floor. He was injured and hadn't been to the infirmary so Shion bandaged his wounds. He learned his name and that the Grand Highblood really did believe himself higher than others. They argued about the hemospectrum and equality and judging peoples worth. Shion told him that since they had been brought to a new place they should be working together to create a new world of peace and equality.
The Grand Highblood argued that he shouldn't be expected to disregard his own beliefs (and also that Shion was an idiot). Then he killed Shion.
Gimli: A small man who was part of Ganondorf's attempt at taking over the control room.
Guy Cecil: He was at the question and answer session, he asked to what degree the worlds had been destroyed. Dax told him it was the complete elimination of everything that had lived there.
Disappeared character who Shion knew H-L
Hei: Elena's friend, did all the catering for the wedding. He set up a school system and Shion volunteered to teach Ecology. After Elena disappeared he found Shion punching trees. He grabbed him to stop him and Shion fought him, he knocked him out and tied him up.
Once Shion was tied up and awake he told him to calm down and he wouldn't hurt him. Shion apologised for attacking and Hei said he didn't blame him. Shion told him that they had taught him better than that. Hei told him that lessons were difficult to follow through with emotions and then hugged him.
He was experimented on in April and attacked Shion killing him. Shion felt guilty afterwards and went to apologise, Hei apologised too and they went to find Xion to try and cheer her up. He disappeared not long afterwards.
Henry Cooldown: Roommate
HK-47: He was at the question and answer session.
Hojo: A doctor Shion met while he was trying to bring the infirmary into working order during June. He was a doctor and had studied medicine and so was much better to help people than Shion. He took over being doctor and Shion assisted him. Shion told him about death resurrection not working and helped solve some of the practical issues of the infirmary. He took part in Ganondorf's attempt at taking the control room.
However at the end of July Shion learned who Hojo was; the professor from Reno's journal. After having a breakdown that he had let him work in the informary he agreed to learn from him and report what he learned and found out to Reno. However Hojo disappeared before Shion could complete his task.
In December he returned, Shion continued his task and they agreed to open a clinic as they couldn't trust the tower infirmary, and since many people were getting ill from the cold. Shion agreed to help Hojo and Hojo told him that the world didn't reward the altruistic.
Homura Akemi: A girl who borrowed Shion's book on herbs and mushrooms to copy.
Ienzo: In his group for the Midnight Game.
Ienzo: Shion's roommate, Shion helped give him information when he first arrived. He took a lot of notes and then took Shion's notes to read through. At the question and answer he asked if the floors other than the dorms were distractions. He seemed to know Riku.
However things took a turn for the worse on Valentines day when Ienzo, under effects of Howl, tricked Shion with Lovely Ladies and Howl and asked him to help him with research, when the utterly besotted Shion agreed he led him to his laboratory and killed him.
Things were very awkward after that and got more so when it seemed that Xion knew him, and didn't seem on friendly terms with him.
Ira: A boy who Shion met when he had lost his heart, he told Shion he had a note on him saying a bear had stolen his heart. Shion told him it wasn't possible as you could not live without your heart.
Isamu: A boy who was in the room with Shion during quarantine. He yelled at Shion and tried to make him calm down when Elena's voice was taken. He tried to stop Shion again on day five when he went berserk.
Ishtar: A girl who claimed to know first aid and healing and offered to help in the clinic. She came to the clinic, she asked what she could do and Shion told her that the main illness was the one that seemed to be going round and might be an experiment. She said that they should try and ease the suffering and they helped people together.
She found him in Dark World and they explored the castle together, fighting skeletons. She had magic and used it to attack them, they got chased, they then got to a maze, which made Shion panic. After they had fought their shadows she got caught in quick sand with Elena whilst trying to grab the pendant.
She asked for help baking for her husband (who was not really her husband, but someone who had married an alternate version of her in his own world), Shion offered to teach her. They met up in October and baked.
Itachi Uchiha: A man who seemed to be in pain during the question and answer session and asked Zo what he was.
Jade Strider (AU): Assistant of Indigo collar team.
John Egbert (AU2): He was one of those who went down into the administrative areas and learned about the souls, he left a note in everyone's mailbox telling them he had got video footage. Shion went to meet him in the meadow and watched the footage. He didn't know how Jason put the souls back in the body but said he scanned Sheba's collar first. Shion told him it was the biggest thing anyone had managed to find out since he'd been there.
He was the one who broke the news to Shion that Ruana had ate Dax when Shion forgot. He did so in the worst manner though he apologised later for his lack of sensitivity.
John Perry: He put up a questionnaire on the network that Shion completed.
Jounouchi Katsuya: Shion's roommate. They spoke about the tower and swapped information. When Shion was exhausted after being strapped to the machine Jounouchi offered to help get him food, Shion was restless though, they ended up going to hunt a rabbit, not that Shion was up to much. They ended up outside the tower together.
Kanda Yuu: A boy who looked so similar to Nezumi it hurt, he was rude as well and Shion did wonder if he was some alternate world version of Nezumi, similar in behaviour even if they looked different enough. He was in room 5-16 with Shion during quarantine, he helped Elena with Shion's injury. As Shion was concussed and confused he mistook him for Rat.
On day five when Shion went crazy Kanda tried to stop him, he grabbed them back of his neck which made Shion panic and lash out at him.
Kanji Tatsumi: Bodyguard to the Yellow collar team
Karasu: They met on floor four, Karasu was throwing bombs.
Kariya Matou: At the question and answer session he asked if there was a way to detain people in the tower away from the others. He also offered to take the place of children in the experiments, this made several of the children angry and a lot of people jump in to tell the administrators not to do that and tell him that it was a bad idea since people would be hurt anyways.
Karkat Vantas: He was able to talk Gamzee down from being angry in the question and answer session, and was worried about the surgery that Jason offered.
Katsuya Suou: A boy who tried to talk down Eikichi from attacking Jason
Ken Hidaka (AU): Shion's roommate he was a werewolf who had a friend who was a vampire. He let his friend drink his blood and Reno and Shion walked in on them. His friend Aya got mad when Shion tried to drag him away and turned to attack him. Reno saved Shion, but Ken told them he had been in no danger and once Aya calmed down he was horrified. Once they explained what had happened Reno told them the infirmary had spare blood. Shion told them he could get some for them. He and Reno promised to help Ken as well though Reno complained about the dog hair.
Kidou Yuuto: A boy who wanted to help out in the clinic, he had no healing abilities but knew about helping people. At the question and answer session he asked about the poeple from Hinoto-Ri and how they had got there and if the administrators were going to send them back. He said it wasn't fair to them that they had been brought there after already been dragged from their homes once.
Kintaros: He had attempted to make coffee in the kitchen and created a huge mess instead before falling asleep, Shion tried to clean it up. He washed up and then tried to wake the man up, he had a horn on his head which got stuck in the table. They tried to detach it. It was a complicated task. The man was very embarrassed.
Kirika Yuumura: A girl who was at Reno and Elena's wedding.
Kiryu Kyosuke: He brushed past Shion on the dormitory floor, Shion said hello but was ignored.
Koromaru: A dog who was at the wedding and the question and answer session.
KOS MOS: She made a post on the network calling for Shion and asking to be cleaned, she wanted the other Shion though. She was covered in blood but claimed it was from a monster and her frame couldn't be damaged, she was an android. He wished her luck in finding the Shion she wanted.
Kyosuke Kiryu: Killed Shion in the library as part of the distraction to allow for an infiltration. Bodyguard for violet collar team.
Labrys: She was at the question and answer session in February.
Lancer (Fate/prototype): Argued against Ganondorf told him not to stain a happy day with blood.
Lavi: Locked in a room with Shion during quarantine.
Legion: He helped complete Reno and Ganondorf's switch back.
Legolas Thranduilion: An elf who was at the question and answer session, he offered the administrators some bread that he had requested but Dax refused it, saying that they received requests rarely and the administrators didn't deserve their sympathy.
Lelouch vi Britannia: Dark haired boy who was watching the question and answer session.
Leon Magnus: Leon ate a caramel chocolate during the first valentines event which caused him to fall in love with the first person he saw, a love so strong he wanted their heart... in a jar...
Shion was the that lucky person, after asking him a little about what Shion knew of the tower he killed him. They later met in the labyrinth though they both quickly went in opposite directions.
Link (SS): Shion found him in the aquarium, something had bitten off one of his arms. Shion tried to help him.
Link (AU): He was dressed in a ridiculous dress during October, Shion spoke to him briefly.
Liquid Snake: Asked about dying and how it was a side effect of them being brought there (classified information apparently) and if their bodies were real.
Lucifer (Louisa Ferra): She was at the fellowship meeting arguing with Reno, Shion stepped in and they spoke about the possibility of monsters being their friends from home. He told her a little about what had happened in May and that Nezumi hadn't worn a collar. She was new.
Luke: Shion met him in the kitchen in June when he was washing up some pots. Luke was looking for food. He wondered why their captors couldn't provide porridge for everyone when they had it for new arrivals. Shion told him he could have some of their foraged food.
Luke fon Fabre: Shion helped him and Teddie get back in their own bodies, Luke was struggling to remember who he was. During the question and answer in February he asked if they could even trust the administrators. And then asked about a potential ghost, who was the after image of a past event, in a place he had been locked in. He was in the void, Shion helped him.
Disappeared character who Shion knew M-P
Mami Tomoe: She was in the library asking if there was any information about the tower. Shion told her about the network, he took her to a computer, luckily she knew what one was and showed her the tower guide. He confirmed that they were experimented on. In the question and answer session she asked why they brought the dead or dying, Dax said it was random, whatever they could grab first. And that some spirits lingered even after death.
Masao 'Mark' Inaba: He was new and wandered into the infirmary. Shion told him he could stay there because it was safe. Shion told him a little bit about the tower.
Mayu: Bodyguard for the orange collar team.
Mello: A boy who made a network post complaining about the people of the tower and how stupid it was that they had parties and weddings whilst being captured. It made Reno rip up the decorations he was making and then march off. Shion gave him a scathing lecture about how he knew nothing of the tower and it was only right people took joy where they could.
The boy said he wasn't trying to hurt anyone but thought they should try and escape. Shion gave him an info dump about escape attempts and the failures and successes. He told Mello about their switch back during the body swap. He explained about the food being cut off, and the heat and collars and what they could mean. He told him that the liquid got inside them but they wore no marks on their necks in their dead worlds. But truth and illusion was hard to tell the difference around.
At the question and answer session he asked Jason if he thought they were stupid and that he didn't think the tower much of a rescue.
Merciless: Bodyguard of the Indigo collar team
Mimio: In his group for the Midnight Game. They spoke in Hitori Kakurenbo, Mimio told him that this game was often played by kids, or teenagers who wanted to scare themselves. He said he had never been a teenager because he was a robot. He later appeared on the network asking if they could use the kitchens. Shion spoke to him, Mimio was homesick and wanted to cook.
A little while later they went to the kitchens and made Sushi. They spoke about cooking and Shion made bread while Mimio prepared the fish and rice. He told Shion he had been programmed to know how to cook. Mimio asked if the mark on Shion's face was a burn and Shion told him he had been ill; not wanting to panic anyone in case bees turned up. And that his friend had saved him, he told Mimio about Nezumi.
Minato Arisato (AU): He was in his group in the midnight game. He offered himself as a tester for the body switch and said that the drones only came when people made trouble, he wasn't bothered if they had to kill each other to summon the red collared workers but Shion explained that harming the colourless collared workers would summon the red ones.
Minako Arisato (OU): A girl who didn't like oatmeal. Shion told her it was only for the first meal and then asked if she was related to Minato as they had the same surname. She told him he was from an alternate version of her universe. They then spoke about school clubs; which Shion didn't know anything about, student councils which was another new concept to Shion and school trips and dances which just confused Shion. Minako said she would organise a party here to cheer people up and said he could help plan it.
Mitsuru Kirijo: She was at the question and answer session in February and spoke to some people though she asked no questions.
Monkey D. Luffy: A man with stretchy arms who tried to save Elena and Ishtar from the sand in the Dark World.
Napeta Leijon: She writes funny, he replied to her on the network
Nezumi The prominent figure of most his nightmares Shion was glad that there was no real Nezumi for the administration to torture. Except then there was. But when they first met Shion had no idea who it was, as Nezumi was in a giant Rat costume. Throwing books in the library. Shion tried to stop him and Nezumi threw more books. Shion told him that the library was for those that had been captured and it was pointless to destroy it. Then he left.
After the game ended Shion met Rat properly whilst training, Shion was horrified that he was there but noted that he was taller than Nezumi now. Nezumi told him he hadn't changed and Shion took offense, Nezumi said he had been doing well when he had seen him before and Shion asked if he had been spying on him. Rat showed him the mice, and then told him he'd been there since the ninth and revealed it had been him in the library.
Shion was angry and shoved him away, Rat told him they hadn't needed distractions, and that Shion had gotten himself with stupidity. Shion told him he hadn't done anything stupid. Rat told him that going to work whilst people were out to kill him was stupid. Shion snapped at him, telling him he had been there a year and Rat didn't know anything.
Nezumi then noticed that Shion's eyes were the wrong colour and called him an imposter. Shion explained about other worlds and doubles, Rat told him that if he wasn't even the Shion he knew then he regretted coming to find him.
Shion grabbed his wrist, terrified that Rat would leave and promised it was him. Nezumi told him he couldn't prove it and Shion agreed they couldn't prove anything. Nezumi went to walk away and Shion grabbed him again and kissed him, Nezumi told him he hadn't improved in that area either.
And that's when Reno walked in. Rat threatened Reno, Reno told him off for messing with Shion's emotions and asked if Shion remembered the pin moves he had taught him.
And then Xion arrived. Shion couldn't even contemplate hurting Rat, Rat was generally rude to everyone. Reno told Rat that even if Shion was not his Shion he was still a Shion and that was all that mattered.
He disappeared for a little while and then came back and watched films in the media room. Shion tried to make sure he was alright and Rat made him sit down and watch the film. The film confused Shion in a matter of moments and Rat told him it was a film for sheltered children.
Insulted Shion went back to checking if Rat was okay, and offered to get him some food. Rat told him he couldn't eat and refused to elaborate so Shion turned off the tv and they fought for the controller.
Shion demanded to know if he had slept, Rat said no and argued some more Shion asked if they finished the film if Rat would come and get food. Rat agreed. He fell asleep and Shion carried him back to his room, to the wrong bed.
Xion piped in letting him know that it had happened to her too and you could be friends with people from similar worlds, Shion told him that he was sure all Shion's were airheads. Rat said he'd rather be thrown across the room and Reno suggested leaving him be so he could figure it out himself.
Then in March, after Dark world, Shion discovered that Nezumi was gone.
Nina Fortner: She rescued him from monstrous hands in the library. She spoke to him during Hitori Kakurenbo because he wasn't sure exactly what they were supposed to do.
Nue Houjuu: Bodyguard and mover for the clear collar team.
Nunnally vi Britannia: A girl Shion spoke to on the network after the body swaps, she wanted everyone to take a lesson from the swap and be glad they had got to experience someone else's feelings. Shion thought she was naive (rich coming from him) but nice and they spoke for a while. She said she hoped she could do good in this place and they should work together, Shion agreed.
She came to the clinic in December and wasn't very well. She said that her brother was worried about her and yet didn't want resources used on her. Shion helped her.
Odagiri Hidetoshi: He was at the question and answer session. Assistant of the Green collar team. He was locked in the same room as Shion during quarantine. He tried to calm Shion when Elena's voice was taken and told Isamu off for making it worse.
Orihime Inoue: She was at the question and answer session.
Picky Minch (AU): A guest at Reno and Elena's wedding.
Pit: A boy who was in the Dark world, trying to help them get the pendant.
Pitch: He was new, they met in the library.
Disappeared Characters who Shion knew R-W
Raven: Bodyguard and mover to the Yellow collar team
Red Savarin: A dog man who was riding a robot. Shion met him during the Summer of the weather event, he wanted water but Shion had none. They went to the ocean floor to see if it was cooler there. He swam in the very shallow ocean and sent Shion to get pans from the kitchen in the hope that they could boil the water to get drinking water. However whilst he was gone Red got attacked by an eel. Shion rescued him and Red put water in the robot so that he could stay cool.
Rei Ayanami (AU): A girl who was at Reno and Elena's wedding. She was at the question and answer session and asked about powers. She had shape shifting powers she wanted to be stopped, she said Jason was nice. Mover of the orange collar team.
Reno (AU): Another one. Shion walked in on him and other Reno talking. He told Shion that the world had been destroyed and there was a monster with red tentacles that ate worlds. Shion was terrified and panicked because argh world eating monster and argh to Reno's in the same room. He finally managed to calm enough to tell him when the earliest posts on the network were. He came to check on Shion in June. He was at the Turk meeting with alcohol which he luckily didn't give to Shion. He fell unconscious at the end of July. He opened a bar and Shion went to it, learning what a bar was. He finally asked him for swimming lessons and Reno began to teach him to swim. He didn't get very far though before he vanished.
Ridley: He jumped out at Shion in the first few seconds of the death labyrinth. He didn't kill him though and just left laughing.
Riku (AU): Bodyguard and mover for Violet collar research team.
Riku Replica (AU): A bodyguard and mover for the Blue collar research team.
Rod: A Turk, he was late to the meeting, he was really nice even if he teased Shion and Xion.
Rose Lalonde (AU): She was at the question and answer session and asked if animals revived as well, Dax told her that they did even without collars. She thanked them and asked if he was alright.
Rosa Ushiromiya: She borrowed Shion's handwritten book on mushrooms and plant life in the tower to copy.
Roxas: A boy who saved Shion from bees when the monsters attacked the tower. He is a librarian like Shion but used the books as a skateboard ramp...
Rude: A scary Turk who never smiles and wears sunglasses, Reno likes him though, he was at the Turk meeting.
Saber (Alter): She asked Jason a question about holy grails. Bodyguard for the green collar team.
Sayaka Miki: A girl in the library, her and Shion tried to escape from the collared monster. They failed. She attended Reno and Elena's wedding and was at the question and answer session. She asked if the administrators wished to bow and scrape to Ruana forever, Jason told her he took solace in the fact she'd rather play games with the residents. She told him he was as much a prisoner as she was.
Sephiran: A man who attended Reno and Elena's wedding.
Sephiroth (AU): A child who was at the question and answer session. He was a scientist on the Violet collar team.
Sertoria Cani: He spoke to Doc in her body when they were trying to work out how to switch people back. She was the lead scientist of the Blue collar research team.
Shinji Matou: A young boy who asked why the tower was called the tower of souls. Dax told him it got its name a long time ago. He asked why his spirit hacking power had been stopped and they told him it was deemed to dangerous
Shion Uzuki: She was on the media floor, new and scared. She asked if it was true that they were prisoners, Shion told her it was. He also told her it was an experimental facility. She was at the question and answer session and learned that this planet was called earth, though that was a common name for planets.
Shirou Emiya: A boy who could summon twin swords. They fought killer plants together in the weather event in March. They escaped the floor Shiruou asked him why he had been in the gardens and Shion explained it had been a mistake, he had stepped onto the glowing step. Shirou asked if this was an experiment and Shion told him it was a mild one. They discussed the whole tower flooding and Shion told him he had never seen any floatation devices. Shirou told him that they should follow basic safety regulations and Shion told him they didn't care about things like that.
Shirou seemed worried and Shion told him it would be alright, and since he could fight he could escape the monsters.
Signless: In his group for the Midnight Game. He came to the room Shion started in and said they should stick together, he promised to protect Shion. They spoke in Hitori Kakurenbo as well and Signless told Shion to stay calm and hidden.
Siira: One of the Turks, she was at the Turk meeting, she seemed really nice. She disappeared but returned in January.
She told Shion she had lost strength in being in her dead world, Shion told her not to tell Reno or he would have her doing a million push ups a day. She told Shion that Reno used to be a layabout, which Shion didn't believe. Shion took her down to the cafeteria and gave her a report of everything that had happened. Including that most the Turks had disappeared, and that Elena and Reno were getting married. She disappeared again though
Sola-ui Nuadha-re Sophia-ri: A woman who found him punching trees after Elena disappeared. She told him it was a little extreme for training. He told her it wasn't training and she told him whatever he wanted to do could be done without mauling himself.
Shion told her that that was false if the aim was to maul yourself and she told him to fight monsters, he told her he had a friend who would be angry if he died again. She asked if they would be happy with him destroying his hands. He told her that he hadn't thought of that and she asked if there was a reason he was being overemotional. He said no reason more than usual.
He told her his hands would heal when he died and she told him he shouldn't take it so lightly. He said there was a difference between treating it lightly and accepting it as inevitable. She offered to heal his hands and he told her that powers didn't work on that floor. Scientist for Indigo collar team
Solas Greine: Bodyguard and mover for the orange collar team.
Sollux Captor (OU): He met him in the hallway in June, he had just arrived and seen his friend die, Shion tried to help him.
Sora (OU): Xion's friend. They met during glamour failure though Xion had told Shion lots about Sora. Bodyguard of the Indigo collar team
Sora (AU): Was in his group for the Midnight Game.
Tara Maclay: A girl who Shion found very injured in the infirmary during June. There were no infirmary workers and so Shion did his best to help her. He learned from her that she had died, but came back still broken. That scared Shion, he gave her a pain killer and bandaged her wounds carefully. He asked her about her world, she struggled to describe it. She came from a town sat on a portal to hell with lots of monsters, it sounded awful. She had went to a college but anyone could go into higher education if they could pay. He stayed with her to protect her whilst she slept.
Tavros Nitram: A troll who attended Reno and Elena's wedding.
Teddie: Shion helped him and Luke switch back during the body switch.
Terra (OU): Man who stopped Eikichi attacking Jason in the question and answer. He knew Shion's roommate Ienzo. He was one of Xion's friends. They met during glamour failure.
Thorin Oakenshield: A dwarf who was fighting in the infirmary because he didn't want to have his collar checkup. Shion told him not to fight and they wouldn't hurt him if he calmed down. Shion grabbed his shoulders, Thorin asked if the checkup would hurt and Shion told him it felt strange but not painful. Shion waited for him, to make sure he was alright.
Tohko Amano: A guest at Reno and Elena's wedding, she works in the library with Shion. She stood by Diarmuid whilst questioning Jason. After Dax's death she was having some kind of meeting, Shion saw her and though she was initially suspicious of him she let him stay. She taught Literature at Hei's school. Shion joined her class, they discussed his level of reading and writing and then moved on to actual literature. Shion explained his world to her and why he didn't have much knowledge of literature or history.
She told him about a man called Mikhail Bulgakov who was an author who criticized his government, but the leader of his state liked his works so never punished him. He wrote a book called The Master and Margarita but destroyed his first copy because of critics. He later rewrote it and it was censored. Later after he was dead and all those who criticized him were also gone the original was published by Lidiya Yanovskaya and it was now considered one of the greatest works of his country.
Shion said it was a good job he had people to help him, and that that was a good thing about being human. Tohko corrected him to it being a good thing about existing.
Unfortunately Tohko then gave him an essay based question, very similar to one he had been asked after the labyrinth, he began to panic, Tohko managed to calm him down and asked him just to write a story instead. Shion told her he couldn't. She told him that all writers began with no words, and he tried to write. She told him he could base it on real life and he managed to write a couple of lines about a boy and some dogs.
They left it at that and Shion promised to read the book by the next lesson, if he attended. He never attended another lesson.
Tomoko Oashi: A girl in the room next to his, she thought it was really cruel to make girls and boys share a floor. Shion reassured her the dorms were safe and most the times the monsters couldn't get there.
Tseng: A Turk, one of Reno's friends, he fell unconcious at the same time as Xion and Reno brought him to their room to look after him. Shion did his best to help.
Urotsuki Bodyguard of the Indigo collar team
Uryuu Ryuunosuke: He asked Zo about the monsters in February's question and answers. He then got into an argument with Gamzee, Richtofen and Jin about dissection.
V/V: A girl at Reno and Elena's wedding.
Vanita Conchita: They met at breakfast she was complaining about the food.
Vanitas (OU): Xion's enemy, he hurt Xion, Shion hates him.
Vanitas (AU): Still Xion's enemy, Shion still hates him. He attacked Xion and Shion tried to stop him, Vanitas set ravens on him, and then lightning. Xion was saved but Vanitas succeeded in killing Shion.
Veigar: He asked why the walls couldn't be destroyed and Riki told him that they were disruption fields. He asked if the world outside was full of monsters.
Ventus (AU): A blindfolded man who Shion met in the labyrinth. Shion was scared at first but since he couldn't fight Ventus told him to stick with him and he would look after him for as long as he could. They got into a fight with Richtofen and somehow managed to get away unscathed. They survived the first night together despite being terrified and survived the second day, sharing the food they had been sponsored for.
Then Ventus turned on him and killed him.
Vivi Ornitier: Roommate
Vriska Serket (OU): In his group in the Midnight Game.
Warmage: He fell asleep during the question and answer session.
Waver Velvet (OU): He had a cute rooster in his trunk, he told Shion he had used its blood to summon Alexander the Great.
Wilhelm: He spoke to Dax during the question and answers and asked about the visitors rom Hinoto-Ri.
Willow Rosenberg: They collided on the stairs coming from the forest, Willow had heard the voice of her dead friend and was freaked out. Shion took her to the library to calm her down.
Disappeared characters who Shion knew X-Z
Xion (AU): A boy who rescued Xion from Vanitas.
Xue'kol: One of Shion's close friends, she was not human. She said that she had a bounty on her head and had been kidnapped often. He told her about the dangers of the tower and the fact that death wasn't lasting. She wanted to know if you could remember when you died. She told him about the undead of her world and how they are walking corpses. Shion told her he had died four times and didn't feel like a walking corpse.
They went on to talk about books and how everyone could understand each other and the books in the library. He warned her about the Grand Highblood and other violent trolls and learned she was a troll herself even if she looked nothing like the other trolls of the tower. She told him there were many types of trolls in her world but the ones he described didn't sound like any she knew.
She told him about her world and the legion who go around invading and enslaving others. They both hoped they wouldn't come to the tower. She told him she thought he wasn't naive but instead pure of heart, like out of a story. She was very kind and Shion enjoyed talking to her.
After Shion's labyrinth punishment he saw her in the library when he was trying to stuff his head full of knowledge. He found it hard to talk but asked her about books and they ended up talking about ecology. She was the first person apart from Reno he spoke to after the punishment and though it seemed weird to him she was kind and helped him even if she didn't realise it.
He next saw her after he returned from his dead world, she was alright and he was glad. He felt embarrassed about how he had been last time they had spoke. He told her that he had been to his dead world and she told him never to give up hope. He learned she had faced an underwater god back in her own world. He asked if she had seen Xion or Reno but she hadn't, she said if he ever needed help just to ask and he offered the same.
During the October event they met she was looking for candy and they spoke about how awful this game was. She asked if he had enough candy, she told him to stay safe and stay away from people who were turned. He told her to be careful as well and she blew him a kiss before disappearing into the shadows.
She spoke to him when he was telling people about the clinic and told him she'd gotten lost in the hedge maze for a long time. He was worried about her but she said she was fine and that she was glad to see his smile. He said they should meet up again and she agreed, he told her to go to the clinic if she needed help.
At the question and answer session she asked about resurrection and was told they didn't really die, they just got repaired because the retrieval units took them down to Jason.
She was swimming in one of the new ocean floors, with no clothes on, which was awkward. They spoke about the ocean (once she was wearing a towel). She liked the ocean floor and the snow floors as they reminded her of home. Then she tried flirting with him and he was a flaily mess again. She told him he was a nice guy and not to let the tower change it.
In May she was riding Sweet Fang who was a raptor, they had a picnic of food that she had and spoke of hope. She gave him some more food to give to Xion and a list of ingredients for him to forage for her to make more food. They met again during glamour failure, Xue'Kol was quite calm. During the shadow event Shion and Xion helped chase off her shadows.
Yori Kawasawa: A boy with white hair, Shion went to talk to him in the cafeteria. He had some food from home he wanted to eat and Shion told him he had to eat the oatmeal first. They were sticks covered in chocolate and Yori gave him one.
Yamato Hotsuin (AU): A boy Shion met in the hallways. He was looking for someone, with pale hair and markings round his eyes. The child was suspicious of Shion but Shion took him to the meadow in the hopes he could find his friend there. He claimed everything that couldn't be understood was magic but also that technology was rapidly developing in his own world, only held back by society.
He spoke strangely for a child and claimed he would change society.
Yosuke Hanamura: They met in the media room, Yosuke was from Japan; either from a different time or some sort of different world that Shion. His world had another world inside the TVs. Shion found it strange that he came from a version of earth that still had countries, even though he seemed human.
Yukiko Amagi: They met in the infirmary, she works there and Shion was helping out. She was new and said they should not give up in learning more about the tower.
Yuno Gasai: A girl who attacked Shion whilst fighting monsters, Shion was worried about her, but she claimed to be fine.
Zeal: Assistant of the Violet collar research team.

Eikichi Mishina: He tried to calm Kairi down in the question and answer but then got angry and tried to attack Jason.
Garnet Til Alexandros: A girl who came in February from Hinoto-Ri, a place where everyone had personas.
Garviel Loken: He asked about Nyarlathotep, about what kind of being he was and what he looked like. Jason said he was close to a demon and took many forms but had an image of his human form.
Hizumi Mizushiro: He asked how long they would be stuck there in the question and answer session.
Kairi: An angry girl who questioned Jason about experiments.
Meetra Surik: She asked about Nyarlathotep and why there were doubles of people. She was told they weren't identical and came from different worlds.
Miki Sanada: He was at the question and answer session in February.
Minato Arisato: Another Minato. From Hinoto-Ri. He was at the question and answer session.
Yosuke Otoha: A boy who was at the question and answer session, he asked how they would regret attacking and who had brought them there. Jason told him it would hurt them more than it would hurt the administrators and that Ruana might know.
