1). Backtagging: Yes! My time zone is GMT backtagging is my life!
2). Threadhopping: Yes, just make sure the other person is okay with it too.
3). Fourthwalling: Not really but if it is a thing your character does come chat to me, it might be okay!
4). Canon puncture: This one is okay.
5). Offensive subjects (elaborate): I am generally fine with anything that will come up via dwrp characters, if there is anything I am concerned about I will come and talk to you.

1). Hugging this character: Please hug Shion. Positive touch is a good way to calm him.
2). Kissing this character: He's not likely to kiss you. He kisses one person. If your character wants to kiss him expect flailing, awkwardness and weirdness.
3). Flirting with this character: There will be much flailing if he even picks up on the fact you are flirting in the first place...
4). Fighting with this character: Yes!
5). Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yup is all fine- if you ever are unsure just come chat to me!
6). Killing this character: Come chat to me, in general though if it makes sense and there's no way Shion can get out of a situation I am fine with it.
7). Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! You like babbling monologues right?
